Refresh Barre
Barre is a body sculpting, strength building workout that combines Ballet, Pilates and Yoga, all to the beat of the music. It engages muscles you wouldn't normally target, ones deep inside your body that we don’t always get to activate. With high-reps, isometric holds, small pulsing movements and the use of some equipment, barre challenges anyone looking to fine tune their muscles. All levels are welcome, no ballet experience required.
Boxing
Boxing is a great cardio session, made fun and engaging. You will need to purchase your own gloves at reception or bring your own. Book a £10 taster session now

Dance Fit is a really fun, funky cardio-based workout that uses a variety of upbeat music to help improve your muscle tone, endurance and stamina Dance fit is accessible to people of all ages and skill levels, and doesn’t focus on precise routines, but to rather help get your sweat on through movement and body sculpting exercises while having fun and feeling confident.
Stretch & Tone
Stretch & Tone is a low-impact workout that combines dynamic and static stretches with added strengthening exercises to improve mobility, flexibility, range of motion, balance and muscle tone. All levels welcome.
