I started my reformer Pilates journey back in May this year to help support my running. I booked the 1:1 trial session and was immediately hooked. The instructor, Babs, was very patient with a complete beginner. Now I go once or twice a week and really feel like I’m getting stronger. In a recent half marathon, I finished feeling the strongest I’ve ever done. Would recommend the team at Refresh wholeheartedly
