Not at all! We welcome all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. If you're new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with a 1:1 introductory session to familiarise yourself with the equipment.

Comfortable workout clothing that you can move freely in. We recommend form-fitting clothes so your instructor can see your alignment. Grip socks are required for Reformer classes — we sell them at reception if you don't have any.

You can book online through our MindBody booking system — just visit your studio's booking page. You can also call or email your local studio to book.

We require at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your membership or class pack.

Yes! We offer discounts for NHS staff and students with a valid ID. Please contact your local studio or visit our pricing page for details.

Absolutely. We offer a group taster session for just £10 (one per client). It's a great way to experience Reformer Pilates before committing to a membership or class pack.

Each studio offers Reformer Pilates and fitness classes, but some have additional services. Reading has the Ultra Tesla Seat, Pangbourne offers Reformer Hire, and class timetables vary by location. Visit each studio's page for details.

Yes, we offer 1:1 private Reformer sessions at all three studios. These are tailored to your individual goals and are perfect for beginners, injury rehabilitation, or anyone wanting focused attention.
