Before You Book
By joining a class, workshop, personal training session, or retreat at Refresh Health, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Health & Safety
- You must complete a PAR-Q and Health Screening before your first session
- By purchasing a package or booking a session, you confirm you are medically fit to train
- Any changes to your health must be reported to your instructor in writing
- Refresh Health is not liable for any injury occurring during participation
- Your instructor is fully insured and trained to provide safe, accurate instruction
Our Right to Change
- Prices may be increased with 28 days’ notice
- Photos and videos may be used for marketing — let your coach know if you’d prefer to opt out
How to Book
- Choose your class or package on our website or ask in studio
- Book and pay in advance — online or in person at reception
- Payment is taken immediately upon booking
- Check your package expiry — dates are confirmed before purchase
- Save your confirmation — bring it or have it handy on your phone
Cancellation & Late Policies
Gold Members
- Cancel with 24 hours’ notice → No charge
- 1 free late cancellation per month (any class type)
- No-show fees:
- Fitness class: £5.00
- Pilates class: £10.00
Silver Members
- Cancel with 24 hours’ notice → No charge
- 1 free late cancellation per month (any class type)
- Late cancellation (less than 24 hours):
- Pilates: Credit forfeited
- Fitness: £5.00 charge
Class Packs, Drop-ins & Taster Sessions
- 24 hours’ cancellation notice required
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours):
- Pilates: Credit forfeited
- Fitness: Credit forfeited
Payment & Refund Policy
- All bookings are non-refundable — no refunds for classes, packages, or workshops
- Classes cannot be rolled over (except in exceptional circumstances — speak to your studio)
- Packages are non-transferable — cannot be transferred to another person
- If Refresh cancels your class, you’ll receive a credit to use on a future session
- Payment methods: Online (website) or in-person at reception

More than 24 hours before? → No charge, easy reschedule
Less than 24 hours before? → Late fee or credit forfeit may apply (see your membership tier above)
