Stefania du Toit, is a professional and international dancer, actor, singer and choreographer, who has performed in some of the most prestigious theatre's all over the world. She graduated in 2011 with a Distinction from The Cape Academy of Performing Arts (South Africa) where she received her Diploma in Performing Arts and other related studies. She is currently the Assistant Choreographer and Resident Director for The Rocky Horror Show UK & Ireland tour.

Stefania is a certified Barre, Fitness Pilates and Trigger Point Pilates instructor and has many years of experience in teaching Dance and Fitness. She currently teaches Barre, Barre-Hiit, Dance Fitness, Pilates, Body Conditioning, Trigger Point Pilates, Dynamic Stretching (Stretch & Tone) & HIIT, just to name a few, as well as many different types of open dance classes & workshops.

She guarantees lots of energy, a great sweaty-burn, a good shimmy-shake and above all, fun in all her classes.
